Payment Policy
A retainer is required before commencing work on your behalf, which is paid into trust. We then draw cheques on the retainer to pay out-of-pocket expenses made on your behalf and our fees.
Flexible Fees
For mediation and litigation, I charge hourly rates and provide reporting letters and detailed dockets. My hourly rates range from $150.00 per hour for low income clients, to $250.00 for members of the Family Law Centre, to $275.00 per hour. Although, I normally request a retainer for mediation and litigation files, I also offer payment plans and deferred billing for some family and estate files.
